Bly Spartans Football Club would like to thank Gillingham Football Club, Andy Hessenthaler, his staff and all the supporters for a fantastic evening Tuesday night.
Bly eventually ran out 2 - 0 winners over the visitors which included the Gills boss and coach Nicky Southall. Goals from Kevin Penfold and James Alderman secured the victory for the home side in front of over 300 supporters.
The Club would also like to extend it's thanks to the Kent County Playing Fields Association for there support and assistance with the floodlights and to Mr Paul Peacock who performed the 'Turning on of the lights' ceromony at half time accompanied by the Bly Spartans President Mr Bernard Hurst.
